Questions

How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Spring prom season and peak wedding weekends fill first. If your date is close, reach out anyway and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can do it right.
Do you provide a DJ?
Yes. We work hand in hand with a DJ we trust, so music, sound, and lighting are booked together and run as one team. The lights hit when the drop does.
We already have a DJ, band, or planner. Can you work with them?
Absolutely. We coordinate with your other vendors ahead of the event so sound, lighting, and the timeline all line up.
What does our venue need to provide?
Usually just access and power. We confirm load-in times, power, and any venue rules, like haze restrictions, during the walkthrough so there are no surprises.
Is haze and lighting safe for a school event?
We work with your administration on what’s allowed, keep haze within venue limits, and can tone down or turn off strobe effects entirely.
How does pricing work?
Every event is quoted on its own based on the room, the headcount, and the look you want. You get one clear quote with setup and pack-out included.
Do you handle setup and teardown?
Always. We arrive before guests do, run the event, and pack everything out afterward on the venue’s schedule.
